Terms & Conditions: 1. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the auction, bidders agree to these Terms & Conditions, including any announcements or notices made during the auction. 2. Registration: Bidders must be at least 18 years old for long guns and 21 years old for handguns. A valid photo ID, address, phone number, and email are required for registration at least 48 hours before the auction. 3. Title Transfer: Ownership transfers to the highest bidder when the auctioneer’s hammer falls. Buyers assume all responsibility at that point. 4. Bidding: The auctioneer has the final say on bids and may reopen bidding in case of disputes. In-person bids take precedence over internet or absentee bids.
