Return and Refund Process 1. Eligibility and Timeframes Refunds or returns may only be requested starting 3 days after the item has been picked up. To be eligible, your item must have been picked up within the first week after the auction closed. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items picked up after this initial week. 2.
