It is the bidder’s responsibility to assure themselves of the condition of items before bidding. If Bontrager Real Estate & Auction Service agrees to provide a guarantee, all refunds, exchanges, and returns must be requested within 7 days of the customer taking possession of the merchandise. Requests after that point may be denied.
