1959-1983. This collection consists of an assortment of US one-cent coins, specifically of the Lincoln Memorial design type. The coins are organized into various clear plastic bags with handwritten labels in blue ink, indicating dates ranging from 1959 through 1983. The coins minted from 1959 through mid-1982 are composed of a 95 percent copper alloy, while the specimens from late 1982 and 1983 consist of a copper-plated zinc composition. Each piece features the standard obverse profile of Abraham Lincoln and the reverse depiction of the Lincoln Memorial.
