THIS ITEM MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF PAYMENT FROM THE CITY OF NEWARK MUNICIPAL BUILDING, 220 S. MAIN STREET, NEWARK, DE 19711. THE CITY OF NEWARK HAS THE RIGHT TO REJECT THE WINNING BID.
